I don’t necessarily like shoes. I like that they keep my feet from touching the ground & they are pretty but I probably own 30 pairs instead of 300 & yes I realize that 30 pairs is still a lot. I’m not a fanatic. However, everyone thinks I am a shoe fiend because I own this shoe purse.
I saw it in the store & it just reminded me of the Gilmores. Specifically, the episode where Lorelai tried to get Emily to buy a mini guitar case purse for Rory’s birthday. I’ve always wanted a guitar shaped purse but that one looked hard to carry. What is the most random thing you have ever bought because it reminded you of the Gilmores?

Gilmore Girls isn't just a show for me it's a way of life. I follow Lorelai's fashion and read Rory's books. I've compiled several lists of pop culture references made in the show. i almost bought a monkey lamp! i see it all the time and vow that someday i’ll own it.
I think Pop Tarts, because of Lorelai. Sometimes I think if I still lived in L.A., I would go to a store called Wacko on Melrose, where I would think they would have things such as dancing-rabbi alarms.

Oh, I forgot to mention above my “Oy, with the poodles already!” shirt, which I’m wearing today.
I don’t think I have ever bought anything because of the gilmores but I have been tempted to buy a Monkey Lamp.
Reading Is Sexy tshirt (because of rory), and a lot of thermal shirts that reminded me of Lorelai.
Yeah, like Vivi, I bought some shirts that reminded me of Lorelai. One is blue & pink and it’s written : Even in your dreams…! It’s so Lorelai
Oh the purse is awesome! The second I saw it I thought about this episode when Emily tries to buy a present for Rory (the bracelets are cute even if I prefer the guitar purse – of course!)
A pair of high heel shes that look exactly like ones that Rory wears in later episodes. And a jacket that looks like what Lorelai wears
There’s a lot more but my brain wont budge :/
