My Gilmore Girls viewing this week coincided with economic times. Not really, but they did mention CSPAN. Rory said jokingly to Paris something like “Ask my Mom, it’s all I talk about.” During another episode Zach is flipping through the channels & says, no way there’s a third CSPAN. I only have two CSPANS but I made a goal to tune in & watch at least an hour.

So far, Lorelei seems right, it’s like watching the security camera at the Men’s Warehouse. Hey, she said it, not me. As far as my political understanding goes, this is what happens in every incidence. A guy in a suit comes out & says “I tried to reach across the aisle. It’s all everyone else’s fault” Then he turns the time over to someone else, who says exactly the same thing. This guy says “thank you” & all the younger guys in suits say thank you with him & turn sharply & walk away.

I was looking out the window over my picturesque small town & decided to play 123 he’s yours. At least, that’s what I think it’s called. It’s the game that Lorelai & Rory played where they look outside & the first guy you see will be the one you marry. You can either keep that guy, or move on to someone else. My version went like this:

1. No teeth. I’ll move on.

2. Third cousin. While still legal, just not something I can move past.

3. Waiting….waiting….waiting….there are only two guys in my town? Oi with the poodles already.
