It’s funny dangit
This is another Gilmore Girls quote that I’ve tried to fit into everyday conversation, but with no success. Michel says it in the pilot episode, & thus gains my respect forever more.
People are particularly stupid today. I can’t talk to any more of them.
People usually think that I am rude, or pessimistic when I say this. I’ve tried to use it as my quote in online profiles, but it just doesn’t seem to make me a lot of friends. Of course that doesn’t stop me. Even if I wasn’t a "Gilmore Girls" fanatic, I would still laugh if someone randomly said this to me, so what gives? It’s not my fault that people are stupid, but just once, I’d like this to get the big laugh it so deserves.
perhaps because you do not have an outrageous French accent???

You should work in an office building on a college campus (like me)–it’s applicable day in and day out.
Incidentally, I watched the Pilot ep just last night! For old times sake.
